Farmhouse Blonde Ale. Sometimes things don’t work out as you planned and you have to come up with a Plan B, this is a beer for those times you need to think on your feet. Featuring a heavy dose of rye malt ant fermented with a blend of farmhouse yeast strains this beer is complex yet crushable.

Lightly hazy gold pour. It has a grainy malt aroma with some citrus and a little yeast spice. The flavor is of sweet, grainy malt, a little citrus, and some mild hops. Light bodied. There's not that much saison character. Okay.

Can from Wine Tree East. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely grassy nose with lemon and fresh flowers. Mineral-forward palate, with more grass, lemon zest and floral notes. Peppery rye finish. I love these straight-forward French/ Belgian table beers that Central State does. Winner. --- Beer merged from original tick of Evicted on 28 Dec 2017 at 16:18 - Score: 7. Draft. Hazy light golden body with a frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, toasted grain, mustiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A light golden Belgian ale with hints of funkiness. Light citrus/lemon tartness. A bit thin, but appreciate the flavor coaxed from a 4% beer. Dryer and crisper would have put this more in the classic saison arena.

Can: Pale gold, with a thick white head. Lemon, slightly buttery aroma. Taste is lemon, yeast, grain malt. A touch of bitter straw. Nicely done.....very mild and easy drinking.

Can. Musty/yeasty lemon, biscuit malt and straw aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with large white head. Sweet-tart lemon peel, biscuit malt, yeast, and lightly bitter hay flavor. Good body and balance. Pleasant, easy drinking.
