Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep orange to deep gold with a small bit of head that lingers. Big apricot forward nose with floral notes as it warms. Quite tart with more apricot notes that dominate, dried flowers and some plum as it warms. Lingering dandelions and dried apricot. ABV hidden well. Rachel brought this one back from a trip to Tennessee. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a honey-caramel color with a large fluffy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sour and yeasty with golden fruity, sugar and a hint of herbs. The flavor was tart, sour and a bit astringent with citric acid, herbs yeast and golden fruit. Very long finish. Medium body.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is sourish and grainy. Floral. Dry, citric and milky. Sour and floral to fruity. Dry and citric finish.
