Daddy-O Pilsner honors Linus’ granddad, Parker “Bullet” Hall, known to all his grandkids as “Daddy-O”. He was an All-American at Ole Miss, and was the first NFL player to be Rookie of the Year and MVP in the same year, in 1939.
Daddy-O Pilsner is brewed with pilsner and Vienna malts, a touch of flaked corn, and a blend of classic and new American hops.

Sample during the "Staas 3 Year Anniversary Party" on 07/16/2016. Pours a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly spicy hops, biscuit malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
