Draft at Mellow Owensboro. Pours a rusty, pink champagne color with a finger of light rose-colored foam that lingers. Light cherry nose, faint herbal aromas. Lots of dry cherry skin and tart flesh on the palate. Clean, lingering tart finish. As advertised, and another solid beer from Rhinegeist.

Sample at the Four String Golden Can Party & Tap Takeover at Pint Room on 10/30/2015. Cloudy pinkish-yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of semi-sweet cherry, herbal yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a cherry aftertaste. Decent overall.
