Tasting at Jamie's
Dark amber colour. Very light aroma of grains. Lean mouthfeel, light caramel flavour, grains, low bitterness.

355ml can from Sterk, Amsterdam. Brown amber colour with reddish tinge, foamy tan head leaving lacing and malty.toffee aroma. Taste is sweet, toffee, malt, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate hint, fruity with some yeasty earthy bitterness. Smooth, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK

At the CDMX airport: pours clear amber with an off white head. This beer is apparently gluten free and kosher! Seems like they no longer use barley... I guess. Aroma is a light maltiness and caramel. Taste is a little bitter. Kind of sweet and weird tasting. Oh the things I do to be a tickwhore.

Bottle 355ml. [ As Ocho Reales Ale ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, toasted, malt extract. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramelized malt, malt extract, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium to medium light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170930] 5-3-5-3-9

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some caramellic notes. Light bitter nice caramellic flavor. Average light bitter finish. Caramellic. Oily palate.

Bottle, 5%. Clear dark brown/amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, bread, medium sweet and very little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, little nuts, malt and hops. Light bitter and watery finish.

Cola/Caramel bruin met lichte kraag. Aroma van mout, caramel, kandijsuiker. Smaken zijn wat dun/waterig can textuur, caramel, gebrande mout, moutig wat weeïg, matig zoet, normale co2, zwakke body. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ocho Reales Ale on 25 May 2018 at 11:17 - Score: 6
