12 oz can in The Cellar, San Clemente on 15th March 2019. Light haze to the golden amber body, off-white crown on top. Malty nose with some tropical fruit esters bursting through. Taste also fairly malty and again with tropical fruits combining within the brew, nice and easy drinking IPA and not 'overly hopped' like so many 'West Coast IPAs'.

Can 12 oz. Golden color, with a light nebula, snow-white head like in the mountains of Wyoming. Aroma: expected bright and clean citrus, complemented by tropical fruits and flowers, malt. Taste: quite juicy, a lot of citrus shades (more grapefruit), a little passion fruit and other tropical fruits, a little hay, pleasant bitterness with coniferous and earthy notes of Simcoe. Good brew.

Can pour into pub glass from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is mildly hazy orange with light sparkle, 2-finger width, fluffy foam, off-white head with good retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus over straw and cracker malt. Taste is strong citrus over light tropical fruit, malt backbone with bitter end. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and mostly sweet citrusy finish but lingering mild bitter. Overall, right at the end of its peak freshness (canned 11/16/18) with nice citrusy aroma and flavor. Not complex by a longshot but a decent one-trick pony.

Can from Dranken Geers, Oostakker. Canned: 17/7/17. Pours hazy orange with a lasting, small, foamy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of ripe mandarin, dried orange peel, mango juice, pineapple, honey, grass, breadcrust, apple peel, yellow grapefruit. Taste is light fruity sweet, hints of mandarin & pineapple on a bready, almost dough-like malty base; accent of honey announces a medium hoppy bitterness with dried orange peel & grapefruit, a bit grassy. Dry, resinous hoppy finish, lingering fruit rind, orange & pineapple. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Aromatic, bitter & juicy, very good.
Very malty, sweet, citrus, old school
