Sample at the brewpub. Hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Ginger, yeast, citrus and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with a spicy ginger character and notes of yeast, citrus, malt and mild hops. The finish is zesty ginger and fruity yeast. Decent overall.

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Light lemongrass and ginger aromas. Spritzy with some mineral water notes, but pretty watered down. Light and quaffable though. Faint lingering ginger on the finish, but muted.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is pepper, lemon zest, clove. Medium body, lemon, wheat, yeast, light finish, good.
