A slightly hazy, fruit-aroma forward IPA for these halcyon days. Fermented with our unique brett strain and a whole mess of oats.

Pours hazy gold. The aroma has some citrus hops and funk. The flavor is not very bitter. It's mostly sweet with a little funky/sour flavor and yeasty character. Dry. Pretty good.

$3.50 pint can, Wine Warehouse. Pours hazy golden with a soft off-white head. Looks like juice. Aroma is very floral: rose petals, wildflowers, along with orange juice, peel. Flavor is bittersweet floral hops, rose petal, orange juice and peel, brett funk, apricot, light earth. This is effin good. Nice soft carbonation.

Tap at Gambrinus Central State event. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Very strong apricot, pineapple and hay aromas. As it warms clear dill and cream cheese notes. Great carbonation and mouthfeel. Dried apricot, dried mango. Very dry, great brett character. Dry finish, with dried fruit that lingers. Solid stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Unigov on 08 Apr 2017 at 19:02 - Score: 8. Original review text: Apricot, pineapple and hay on the nose then dill/sorachi. Good carbonation. Dried apricot/ mango on the palate. Dry finish that lingers.
