Pale Ale + Big Body + Mosaic Hops
Brewed with Vienna Malt and Oats, an unusual mouth filling malt base. Hopped with beautiful Mosaic hops, renowned for their tropical fruit beauty. It is unfined, and so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.

330ml can. Light amber/dark gold, ,small white head with ringed retention and some lacing. Hoppy aroma of resin, grapefruits and tangerines. Taste is stewed tropical fruit but doesn't drag as flavour switches to a biscuit malt with a citrus zesty peel note and moderate bitterness. Its quite smooth and carbonation is fine. Good pale ale.

330ml can - Pours an almost clear golden amber colour with a good sized foamy off-white head. Aroma is citrusy and pale malt, mandarins and lemon. A moderately sweet and light bitter taste, pale malts, some caramel and citrus flavours with light dry and bitter finish.

Canned session IPA (or APA) by Wild Beer Company, hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo. Thick and frothy, foamy, eggshell-white, membrane-lacing, stable head, misty 'dirty orangey' golden robe with ochre and olive greenish shades. Aroma of dried grapefruit peel, dried leek, toasted onion, dry crackers, burnt garlic, toasted peanuts, dry green peppercorns, dried celery, olive oil, persimmon peel, bread crust, ground mustard seed. Clean onset, restrained in any sweetness and at first remaining quite neutral, apart from light green banana and unripe peach accents; light green olive-like umami hint as well, all quite softly carbonated, with supple, slender mouthfeel. Cracker- and toasted peanut-like malt body, dryish and more tilted towards bitterness than sweetness; quinine-like, very grapefruity, long and spicy hop bitter finish, with the toasty aspect of the malts subtly accentuating the bitterness. Very dry, slender, sleek session IPA, a pleasant enough quencher on a warm evening and I understand why Wild Beer needs an everyday quencher for commercial reasons, but the great strength of this brewery remains their experiments with 'wild' ingredients and fermentations.
