Brewed with a high amount of oats and a sprinkle of lactose for a velvety, rich finish. Dosed with cold brewed Eight & Roast Willows Costa Rican coffee at 3# of beans per bbl for notes of citrus and honey (in coffee terms).

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep brown to black with a small bit of off-white head that lingers. Creamy chocolate nose with fresh ground espresso notes. Roasty coffee and creamy oats on the palate. More cacao powder and coffee on the end. Well executed if not a bit tame.
