Like our first Brut, Et 2 Brute is still dry as a bone - like a Brut Champagne. This batch was brewed and double dry hopped with Mosaic and Mandarina hops. It is light, crisp, dry & hoppy. The Amylase enzyme cuts the malt like a dagger. Even Caesar himself would have been impressed!

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear pale, glowing straw color with a finger of foam that dissipates. Looks much more appealing than New Heights first stab a few months back. Pungent mosaic aromas with lemon, dried pineapple and papaya dominating the nose. Fine, spritzy carbonation, low malt sweetness and a dry character on the palate. As it warms, some sweetness comes out, honey malt notes, but pungent hops throughout. Lingering lemon, pineapple and light malt on the finish. Diggin' this a lot and a step up from their previous brut IPA.
