Mooi uitgebalanceerd bier met drie verschillende hopsoorten. Krachtiger en een tikje zoeter dan pils. Toch proef je ook een licht bittertje op de achtergrond.

On tap at De Bekeerde Suster, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle candied sugar, fruity esters, and Belgian yeast. Flavour is not too sweet or estery, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast, and floral, fruity esters. Not cloying, but still sweet. It's alright.

Tap, de Bekeerde Suster Amsterdam. Orange blonde, cloudy. Orange flavor, chalky and yeasty. Orange aroma. Strong yeasty aftertaste with a vague vegetable character. Disappointing.

150ml on tap outside at De Brabantse Aap. Patchy white head blanketing the glass. Next-to-clear golden-straw coloured body. Modest floral fruity nose. Mid-dry fruity flavours joined by bread-like malts. Distant bitter ending. Medium bodied. Clean in the mouth. Fair enough. (Amsterdam 09.03.2018).

Sample at the brewpub.Pale color just slightly hazed, creamy white head. Malt and grains, glucose syrup, bread. Moderate hoppiness, on the bittering side, grass. Soft carbonation, medium body, smooth bitter finish. Taste sweetish, malty, balanced. Nice, but nothing belgian, i?d call it blond ale.

24.09.2014, tap @ De Bekeerde Suster:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild but loaded with diacetyl, winegum, butterscotch, wet grass, grain, harsh yeast, almonds, sugar. Taste is slightly sweet, wheat, hay, harsh yeast, grain, winegum, paper, sugar, almond essence. Medium bitterness, slightly dry harsh and watery mouthfeel. Meh!
