Have you ever added so many hops to a beer that it clogged up your tank? ...and when you went to clear the valve the hop explosion splattered all over your fresh boots?

No?! Well we have. Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Mandarina Bavaria hops to be exact.

Our 7.9% DIPA, "Hoppy Timbs" has notes of white grape, lime zest, dankness, tangerines, nectarines... all the "-ines".

Aromas are citrus, cotton candy, resin, minerals and cereal. Flavors are similar to nose, low bitter with just right sweet and carbonation. Satisfying beer.

Can (8/16/21) pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with no sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and nice ring of lacing. Aroma is strong initial grape (stronger as it warms) followed by nondescript fruit and grains. Taste is grape, nondescript fruit and grain. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick, frothy texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste with mix of grain and light bitterness. Overall, not bad but expected more from this hop mix.

Hoppy, hazy, smooth. Nice DIPA. Dig the Tennessee-shaped flight boards. Thanks for the tip on this place @Reuben B.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 2/17/21. Murky orange, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of white grape, grapefruit zest, plum. A little different. Taste is pale malt, melon, passionfruit, white grape, plum. Medium bodied, mild bitterness. Very nice.

Tall can. Murky dark yellow with a white head. The aroma is sweet and floral with citrus and tropical fruits. The flavor is lightly bitter, with citrus, resin and a bit of melon. Slight astringency.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Pours yellow and hazy, some white bubbles on top. Nose is hoppy, tropical fruits, juicy mango and guava there. Taste has more hop bitterness than I thought, quite intense actually, dank and juicy. Dry bitterness lingering also in the finish. Tasty hazy beer that is pretty hoppy and herbal-dry.
