This Belgian-style tripel was brewed with a blend of Belgian strong ale and trappist yeast propagated by Bootleg Biology specifically for this beer. This bold brew has notes of banana and spicy clove, with a surprisingly dry finish leading you into the next sip. À votre santé!

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Lots of banana cream pie in the nose with clove and light alcohol notes. Warming on the palate, with booze, clove, banana pie and a sweet candi sugar undertone. Smooth on the palate, but a little hot due to the perceived alcohol. Lingering lightly peppery finish with more booze and banana and clove aromas. Not bad, but a tad too sweet for my liking.
