Draft pour at State of Origin 2018. Pours a clearish pale straw with a full 2 fingers of fluffy white foam. Mineral-forward nose with grass and floral hops. Smooth on the palate with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Slightly sweet, with some grainy flavors. Easy drinking, with a mildly grainy finish. Would like a little more peppery hops, but still very drinkable with a mineral quality throughout.
