Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is strong guava, floral, oak. Thin body, guava, lemon, oak, nice tartness, light acidity, enjoyed this.

On tap at El Bait Shop, pours a cloudy pithy peachy colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of pithy stone fruits, tart guava and a touch of funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart guava, pithy stone fruits, some yeast, lacto, and aggressive acidity on the finish. Yeasty and very puckering on the finish. Enjoyable but not elegant.

Bottle shared at State of Origin bottle share. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Tart lemon and guava really permeate the nose. Smooth, but with a fairly tart profile on the palate. Some grainy texture and more guava, dried citrus, light funk and some astringency from possibly the skin of the fruit. Very enjoyable.
