House IPA with Citra, El Dorado & Mosaic. When it comes to IPA, Rare Trait is our crown jewel, our mission statement, a proverbial shot over the bow, our raison d’etre. Notes of Tangerine, Mango and Candied Peach, bur riding a restrained bitterness that has defined our style from Day 1.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with minimal head. Aroma is pretty dank, with a green onion note on top of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor carries over, with moderate level of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel might be just a bit on the thin side?

Small pour at Trail's End. Pours a slightly hazy, straw color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is papaya, vanilla, straw, and toffee. Sweet and sugary, with a light bitterness. Light body, with a fluffy, zesty palate. This is an easy and tasty beer, although it lacks hop character or bitterness.
