Cathedral is our single hop, French-style farmhouse ale. This round features the newest of super fruity and uber-expensive Australian hops, Enigma. Tastes like a blend of Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops...bright tropical fruit meets white wine. Brewer's favorite, for sure!

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a small head that dissipates quickly. Light musty cobweb and funky armpit aromas, dried citrus and light bready malt as it warms. Funky palate, fairly dry character. Solid enough, but feels a tad muddled. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cathedral V. Enigma on 22 May 2018 at 00:12 - Score: 7.
