19/9/2019. Bottle from Crumpton Hill Farm Shop, Herefordshire. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-dry apples, sulphur and barnyard notes with a little caramel. Moderate sweetness and very light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light dryness to finish with some increasing toffee sweetness. Not as good as the medium sweet.

Bottled. A hazy amber cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples. The flavor is very sweet with notes of over ripe apples, vinegar, and wood, leading to a dry and tart finish. Thanks ChrisO for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of chriso. Pours golden with a slight haze and a tiny rough white head. Tart and very dry apple aroma. Medium body, rather tart and dry apple notes, some solvents there too. Very tannic and astringent in the finish. 230511
