Brewed, in collaboration with Alefarm Brewing, Denmark, this DDH IPA, co-pitched with London Fog & California Ale Strain for added depth, is smooth, tropical and moreish. Hopped with the experimental HBC 692, expect tropical fruit aromas on the nose, followed by full, fruity passionfruit and mango flavours on the tongue that gives way to a light pink grapefruit bitterness. The addition of torrified oats and wheat cumulate to allow a sumptuous and smooth mouthfeel to this full flavoured, hazy, hop-bomb.

Malt: Golden Promise, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats & Malted Wheat
Hops: T90 - HBC 692 & Simcoe / Cryo - Citra & Chinook
Yeast: WLP066 London Fog Ale / WLP001 California Ale

FLAVOUR PROFILE: Tropical Fruit, Citrus, Pink Grapefruit, Mango

Can at home. Hazy0ale yellow color with a medium sized white head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, some hops though the previous beers had much stronger aromas so maybe that's why I don't get much with this one. Flavor is lightly malts with moderately sweetish fruity hops. Slightly odd finish although that might actually be die to the cheese I'm having g in the side. Oh well, quite ok for sure.
