3/6/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, fruit and a hint of peppery spice. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish. Not bad.

Can: Poured an amber with an off white color head. Aroma is malty and earthy, some leafs. Taste is sweet malty, caramel, toffee, sticky at first and somewhat tingle and dry towards finish.

330ml can from Beer52: BB 18th Nov 2020. Poured into a half-litre old Schultheiss glass at home on 14th Mar 2020. Mini haze to the dull amber body, beige head that hung around for a while. Malty and semi-sweet, giving way to a mild bitterness in the finish, light floral notes also.

440ml can. Poured a clear reddish amber colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, biscuit malt, light sweet fruity, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy copper coloured pour with a loose cream head; caramel aroma with a touch of yeast; rich, sliky caramel taste with a solid malty body; and a clean crisp finish. An excellent amber lager.

Clear amber beer with a great, thick head. Malty aroma. Lager-y but with body and oomph. Toasty and earthy but with crisp fresh flavour you'd want from something like this. Better than I was giving it credit for on my first taste. Loads of depth

On tap @ taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Clear brownish red with a white head. Caramel and hop aroma. Sweet taste with a mild bitter finish. Nice uncomplicated amber lager.
