Cask at cloisters... Amber... Thick white head... Soft sweet peppery fruits nose... Soft sweet biscuity caramel toffee malts... Long dry bitter woody fruits

Cask at the Cross keys, City. A clear dark golden coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is subdued, jammy orange, pale grains, nutty, waxy. Palate is semi sweet ok condition. Fine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toasted malts, leafy hedgerow hop, light green berry. Spicy finish. Ok.

Cask-conditioned at the Knights Templar Bristol 7/10/2019. Golden in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. An easy drinking pale ale, with som sweetish malts, leafy hops and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Sample at the Gate House JDW. Medium creamy white head clear golden pour. Light bitterness.
