burgundy colour, with a thin pink head. The aroma is mineral, yeast, raspberry citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a crisp, fresh, juicy, light tart citrus fruit, earthy mineral palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
