75cl bottle - Pours a lightly hazed golden colour with a short lasting loose head. The aroma is strawberry, yoghurt, decaying wood and funk. A similar taste, tart strawberries, yoghurt and woody flavours with a tangy fruity sour finish.

Golden colour with no head or carbonation. Aroma and flavour have a weird mix of smelly cheese and underripe strawberry. Nice tartness and a lingering aftertaste of sour strawberry and something that pricks the tongue like pepper or chilli.

Bottle at the 2nd test tasting, H'zmere, 16/07/20 picked up a while back online from one of the Belgo peddlers. Hazed golden amber with a good sized off white covering. Nose is wood must, funk, strawberry pips, dungy notes. Taste comprises sharp berry tones, strawberry yoghurt, damp cloth, vinous, sharp berry fruits, funk, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rip. Solid work.

Bottle shared at Colin's lockdown tasting. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is big dungy funk, horse, grape, baby diaper, apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Pear, good funk, tangy white grape must. Palate is tangy, sour, highish airy carbonation. Sour chicken.
