04.09.2018 -- a 0.33l bottle from lemke in charlottenburg, bb 26.03.2019, charge 260618-2. pours a slightly hazy amber with a small but dense off-white head. aroma of malts, very aromatic sprucy and herbal (estragon) hops, passionfruit, fruit candy. flavour of grapefruit zest, spruce, caramel, bread crust. malty but not too sweet. I like it.

Draft in Tiergarten Quelle, Berlin; Sunday lunchtime 5th Aug 2018. Slight haze to my amber pour, small, but lasting white crown on top. Malty molasses ruled the nose and initial taste with caramel to the fore, hop action calmed the beer down a little mid-sip and the beer ended up nicely balanced, but still on the sweet side; liked it.

Bottle. Dark oramge/amber with a nice white head. Aroma of passion fruit, mango plus a little bit of grapefruit. Taste is passion fruit yogurt, citrus fruit, caramel and malts. Juicy and almost creamy. Low and short-lived bitterness. Balanced. Medium to strong carbonation. Enjoyable everyday IPA but I'd personally prefer if it was a little bit more on the bitter side.

Draught at Lemke am Schloss. Clear, pale amber colored. AROMA- mix of fruit, caramel and candies. FLAVOR- clean, neutral, bitter, fruity, biscuity, floral tones. Medium bodied.

On tap at Brauhaus Lemke, Berlin. Pours dark orange with medium white head. Some citrus hoppiness, caramel, malty, sweetish with moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Draught at Brauhaus Lemke, Hackescher Markt, Berlin. Hazy, golden-amber colour with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma with tropical fruit, citrus, caramel malts and bread. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity-bitter with caramel malts. An IPA to the sweeter side. Still, very enjoyable.

Pours orange from the bottle. A frothy to creamy head lingers and clings to the glass. Aroma is a mix of cantaloupe, grapefruit and caramel. Taste is bitter. Finishes the same but feels stale. Possibly would have been better fresher although this is still 2 months before expiration. Body is medium and the beer has a smooth, creamy feel with just a light carbonation bite on the swill. Overall, not bad but the stale feel is putting me off. Probably a rerate candidate.

Fra fat på Lemke am Schloss Berlin 12 Jan 18. Mørk gylden. Filmskum. God fruktaroma. Mye aprikos. Smaken balansert. Tørket frukt. Tørr ettersmak.

Draught, 100ml taster at Brauhaus Lemke am Schloß. A warm golden body, cloudy. Fair lacing. Aroma of citrus with malty sweetness behind. Mixed taste profile of orange, grapefruit and honeyed caramel malts. Hints of resinous bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Decent stuff. (Berlin 12.01.2018).
