Bottle in HH. Batch 63 with Hallertauer Blanc. Great sourish fresh beginning. Smooth mild lactic sourness, the berries are extreme fresh and fruity. Smooth mild raspberries and cherries, red cassis. Great fruity sourish bouquet. Long smooth mild sourish aftertaste. Extreme great brew!!

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy light orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of sourish red berries/fruits. Taste of sour red berries, cranberries, refreshing sour finish, nice!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish and tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of red and blue berries, cherry, some leafy and earthy interludes, a touch of sherbet. Taste is mildly tart, fruity, residual sweetness, notes of red and blue berries, cherry, earthy and dry aspects of raspberry and red currant, a touch of sherbet. Clean and pure fruity, superbly balanced, very refreshing, highly drinkable. Very good.

Deutlich saurer Beginn mit fruchtig beerigen Noten. Trocken, die Säure bleibt intensiv. Die Säure ist dabei einfach gestrickt, die Fruchtnoten, rote Beeren an erster Stelle, bringen aber einen deutlichen Mehrwert und werten die Säure auf. Vollmundig. 11/12/12/12/9/12

Pours a slightly hazy amber orange color, topped with a big fiamy white head, non lasting. Very vinous nose, white grapes and a bit dusty. Decent puckering sourness with fruity feel. Fresh and light body, some tartness in the aftertaste.

11-11-16 // bottle at home. Pours a clear copper coloured beer with a solid white head. Nose is light sour with a good berry note. Taste is obviously sour aswell. But paired with loads of red fruits and berries. Well balanced.
