0,33 l bottle from our local Hol´ Ab! market. Unclear red golden, two finger foamy head. Fresh citrus floral hopy smell. Taste is a little bit sour fruit, some caramel and above average carbonated. Not as dry as expected.

Erstverkostung Oktober / November 2019: Fruchtig-herber Antrunk. Im Mittelteil passiert gar nix. Hintenraus dann wieder fruchtig, alkoholig (erinnert in der Kombi an Sekt) und ein milchartiger Geschmack und Mundgefühl. Gibt mir zunächst gar nix. Nach 3 - 4 Schlucken gewöhnt man sich aber daran. Nachverkostung im April / Mai 2023: Fast schon farblich bei den dunklen Bieren einzustufen. „Gewürze“ ist etwas kryptisch auf der Zutatenliste zu lesen. Ich gehe schwer davon aus, dass da Koriander darunter ist. Außerdem sind Malz, Blumen, etwas Frucht und auch ein Hauch Sekt zu schmecken. Rinnt angenehm die Kehle runter.

Bottle from Tegel airport. Murky orange with a thin head. Aroma of light wheat orange. Flavour of yeast, fruit grain, kernels on a dry orange finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Knudtsen', best before March 2020. Clear, dark reddish amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of peach, light caramel and a touch of sultanas. Quite sweet, malty, gently fruity-floral and a little yeasty-spicy taste of peach, orange jam, honey and sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite tasty but nowhere near a Saison.

0,33 flaske fra Ovesen sr., delt med medbryggeren på Holmens aktivitetsdag juli-19: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Søtlig anslag med mandariner, hint av banan og milde urter. Sødmen henger igjen i ettersmaken.

Bottle imported by mum and dad and shared with JMD at HNB 05.07.19. Translucent orange. Fairly persistent off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet malt, wheat, marmalade and a hint of spices. Some bitterness is lingering on.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
