Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Insel-Brauerei Insel Herb ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, herbs, pale malt, sharp, wheat, fruity, yeast - herbs - wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170413] 6-3-5-3-10

Bottle from Getränke-Quelle, Ilsenburg. Clear yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light yeasty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 100417

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Alexey & Raphaela. Nice cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeast, a bit fruity, a bit herbal, a bit grainy. Dry flavor, yeasty, grainy, with malt, a bit of citrus, slightly tart, bitter finish. Rather light-bodied. Easy-drinking. Not an ESB.

Bottle from Bierbaboon. Hazy yellow with a massive head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Flavour is citrus yeast, a little bitter fruit on the finish.

*Moderate bitter, slightly fruity fresh beer. Not too dry in body, sweetish easy to drink, mild, nice bitter hops, round and sessionable.

33cl Bottle at Brecht. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, malts, spices, coriander. Flavour is light malty, hint of wheat, spicy, yeasty, citrus, light-bitter finish. Light bodied. Came across as a Belgian Wit to me.

Wässriger, leicht bitterer und hopfiger Antrunk. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, die Würzigkeit bleibt schwach. Das Bier wird eher wässriger, gleichzeitig aber auch deutlich bitterer. Kurzer Nachhall, etwas Zitrus. 9/7/8/6/9/7

Bottle, shared at a beer tasting @ Beer Temple. Pale yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: light vegetables, some fruity sourness, light herbs. Retronasal there’s more of the fruity sourness, light sweetness, some herbal bitterness. Flavor is moderate bitter, light sweet, fruity. Light bodied. Quite high carbonation. Finishes dry and rather bitter. Reminded me of Belgian saisons. I rather liked it.
