Fruity notes from imported Belgian yeast swirl through a precise souring. Pucker up to a bite of citrus laden tang ending with a delectable experience.

Victory Sour Monkey Tripel 9.5% Soft golden color with wispy light white foam. A butterscotch sour aroma, medium bodied with a dry finish. Very dry and very tart with loads of acidity and stone fruits. Nice stuff.

Can from Binny's, Chicago.
A: clear golden, small, white head.
A: lemon, mandarin, grape, aspirin.
T: sour grape, lemon & lime, some gooseberry.
F: tart finish, lemon acid, dusty-yeasty note.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Feels dusty, doesn't really work.

Hazy gold pour. The aroma is of tart citrus and some spicy yeast. Flavor is moderately tart with bready, grainy malt, lemon, and a little yeast spice. Good.

Lemon, sour milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet citrus , biscuit malt, moderately sour lactic/citric acid, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

Tall 19.2oz can on 19th February 2022, drank with cold cuts and cheese at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Mini haze to the golden body, weak white head. The can claims the ingredients are Pilsner Malt and Tettnang Hops, but there is obviously something else in there because this is pretty tart and citrussy in nature.

Huh. Sour tripel? No. Tastes almost a bit wine-likey-esque.
