Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a lacing, white head. Nose is lemon/lime and kaffir leaves. Light body, super dry, lightly yeasty, citrusy and some coriander coming through. Very dry finish. Quite refreshing. 030418

Thuis uit een flesje. Troebel gele kleur, wit schuim dat snel inzakt. Ziet er toch mooi uit, ook een mooi etiket. Smaak prima, aardig witbier, hoewel de smaak is bitterder is dan de meer bekende witbieren.

Tap at in de wildeman. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, hoppy, citrus, wheat. Drinkability is really good. Overall: decent session beer, maybe a bit boring.

Hazy straw yellow colour, small fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, patchy lacing. Aroma wheat, citrus, lemon grass, light cloves, coriander, yeast. Taste medium sweet and light sour, wheaty, yeasty, light citrus, spicy notes. Light sweet and sourish aftertaste, light bitter touch, spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, nice variation on a witbier, quaffable.

Bottle at home, hazy yellow beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, wheat, spices. Taste is the same, sweet and little bit tart, weird aftertaste like the weizen, ok beer.

Bottle @ Koosje. Pale hazy yellow color. Firm white head. .aroma’s of wheat and spices, notably corainder, but also a hint of cardamom. Flavor is light wheaty sour, light herbal. Light bodied. Finishes with some herbal bitterness.
