Tap at Duinoord festival. Hazy straw with white head. Nice citrus hops up front, lots of lime, light coriander and dough. Light sweet, very light bitter and sour. Almost medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation. Good for the style.

Sampled from draft at Kimchi Festival 2016. Very hazy pale yellow and bright white head. Sweet malts, lemon juice, coriander, dough, grass. Medium sweet, big lemony zest, light bitter. Under medium body, chalky texture, refreshing zesty taste, quite like it!

On tap at ’Café Fonteyn’. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy, herbal-spicy aroma of lemongrass, ginger and pineapple. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity and herbal-spicy taste of ginger, pineapple and lemongrass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy and herbal-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Really pale yellow colour. It tastes kind of plasticy. There’s lots of spice too. Lemongrass and ginger especially.
