Ayinger Lager Hell is the typical every day drink in Bavaria. Together with wheat beer this Muenchener Hell style is the most famous beer style in the Bavarian south.

(Keg at Rotherdam, 20250425) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, grass and grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, honey, mildly herbalness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had honey and bitterness. A nice brew with clean malt flavours.

Malzbetontes, vollmundiges Helles. Relativ haltbare, gemischtporige Schaumkrone, in der Nase würzig und etwas malzig, im Geschmack sehr ausgeglichen mit leichter Süße und dezenter Bitterkeit, im Abgang mild und malzig-würzig. Insgesamt gehobener Durchschnitt. Wagt etwas Charakter.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, bready notes, and soft noble hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Quality sweetish Helles Lager.

Аромат солодовый, нежный, даже кремовый, пенки не знаю, не наливал в бокал. Цвет прозрачный и золотистый. Вкус сразу удивляет своей сладостью от солода, снова какая то кремовость. Послевкусие при этом весьма продолжительное. В целом отличный лагер, не более, с легким солодовом и карамельным вкусом.
