Flaske 0,33l fra Getränke-Quelle i Göttingen. Drukket hjemme 12 Mar 12.

Alkoholisch trockener Antrunk, hell malzig in geringem Umfang. Geht in Ordnung. 9/9/9/8/7/9

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Sweet toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel and an ascorbic touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty taste with caramel as well as nutty and light herbal notes; sweet and slightly bitter toasty finish with a delicate touch of herbal hops. Not bad for a Dithmarscher. 16.XI.09
