0,33 l bottle from a local Rewe. BB 20.04.26. Clear dark amber in the glass, more than one finger and light beige foamy head. Looks good. Roasted malt and caramel aroma, some sweet fruity elements. Taste is more on the caramel side, less malty, nutty, less fruity. Below average carbonated. Present bitterness. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, auburn colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally chocolately, dark malty aroma, minimally fruity, hoppy overtones, hints of milk chocolate, malt lozenge, toffee, caramel, whiffs of apple. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and slightly fruity hoppy, slightly diluted hints of milk chocolate, malt lozenge, toffee, caramel, a touch of pear and apple; a minimally alcoholic touch in the finish.
Watery texture, rather indifferent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, a tad too sweet and watery - OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierselect.de', best before April 2025. Clear, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, nuts and some raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little fruity taste of caramel, grains, nuts and a touch of raisins, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly metallic finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Could have been a decent Bock wouldn't it be for the metallic and musty finish. Feels typically macro-ish.

Bottle. Pretty dark amber, offwhite lace. Light herbal roast, medium full, juicy, fruity flavor, good herbal, juniper like spice notes. Pleasant well balanced finish.

Schöne kastanienbraune Farbe, schöner dunkelmalziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig, malzig-schön mild, relativ süßlich. Im Nachgeschmack sehr malzig-süßlich, angenehm.

Flaske 0,33l fra Getränke-Quelle i Göttingen. Drukket hjemme 12 Mar 12. ⅔ av innholdet hadde sneket seg ut av flaska i kofferten på vei hjem. Flaske og kork var helt uskadd da kofferten ble åpnet, men skittenklærne rundt hadde absorbert en del øl. Lys gylden: Ser ut som skittent vann. 0 skum - men det skyldes sikkert lekkasjen (Plusset på utseendet med et poeng). Aroma av mais. Smaken er korn & gress. Tydelig tørr bitter ettersmak.
