Our a ja pale ale is an example of American Pale Ale (APA), which is probably the most useful variety of top fermentation light beer. Noticeable but not long lasting bitterness, malty basis and wonderful aroma of American hops. Not too much alcohol - just to make sure that you will enjoy this APA for a long time.

Ingredients: water, barley malts: pale ale, Caraamber®; hops: (USA): Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe®, Citra®; yeast SafAle™ US-05.

50 cl bottle shared. Pale orange pour with a white head. Smells like pine, honey and lemons. Light and refreshing, with the taste following the same notes.

W aromacie przede wszystkim Ameryka: cytrusy, tropiki a w tle nieco żywicy. W smaku nieco wodniste. Goryczka na niskim poziomie. Piwo orzeźwiające, rześkie, świetnie gaszące pragnienie. Nie powala na kolana ale na prawdę jest w porządku.

A light orange, a head is almost medium and white. Aroma has grapefruits and other citrusfruits, biscuity maltyness with notes of caramel. Taste has strong lemon and grapefruits, the maltyness is nicely balancing the flavours of citrucy hops. The end has some musty maltyness even the bitterness is nicely long lasting. Almost medium bodied, strong carbonation. Strong bitterness but the nicely balancing maltyness is there also.

Pours a slightly hazy light golden color, topped with a medium sized and semi-lasting white head. Sweet and very pleasant fruity nose, tropical fruits some pine notes and a malty backbone which is very mild. Moderate bitterness with a mild but lasting herbal bittery aftertaste. Finish is dry and a bit spicy. Very fine and enjoyable.

50cl Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, medium sized quite quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is malts, some perfumy hops. Taste malts, hops, light to moderately bitter. A quite general description I know but it just happens to be a very average / general APA. Nothing wrong with it, just a decent, yet straightforward APA.
