Our a ja pale ale is an example of American Pale Ale (APA), which is probably the most useful variety of top fermentation light beer. Noticeable but not long lasting bitterness, malty basis and wonderful aroma of American hops. Not too much alcohol - just to make sure that you will enjoy this APA for a long time.

Ingredients: water, barley malts: pale ale, Caraamber®; hops: (USA): Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe®, Citra®; yeast SafAle™ US-05.

Bottle from Damian. 24.7.2016. Feels slightly undercarbonated, also oxidized. Otherwise it seems fine and drinks easily, but those two flaws make for a boring brew. 5 4 5 3 11 Rerate, bottle from Za rohom. 5.5.2022. Still oxidized, with rather light carbonation. Not bad, not great either. The impression is mostly unchanged, just the points changing a bit.

Barwa ciemnozłota, lekko zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, trzyma się całkiem nieźle. W aromacie cytrusy, nieco owoców tropikalnych i żywic.
