The love between Femme Fatale and Bon Homme issued a sprog! The first triple beer by Brewery De Leite was born. The couple baptised their first offspring under the name ‘Enfant Terriple’. A ‘unpredictable’ playful beer. (do you see the pun with ‘triple’?). The Enfant Terriple is a ‘devilishly’ sunny blond beer of 8.2 volume with a playful nose. A subtle bitterness with a faint-fine citrus touch that is enveloped in a sober spicy malt taste. The agreeable bitterness lingers long. For connoisseurs with a bright outlook on life.

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, huge lightly creamy white head. Don’t smell much, just a bit malty and a bit sweet. Taste lightly malty, lightly sweet, slight fruityness. Low to medium body, low to medium carbo.

30/I/2012 - 33cl bottle from Geers @ home - BB: 4/V/13 (2012-78)
Little cloudy deep yellow to orange beer, nice dense irregular head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, some pineapple, peaches, citrus, little piny, flowers and honey, spices. MF: lot of carbon, medium to full body, bit cloying texture. Taste: sweet candi sugar, fruity, bit of caramel, sweet malts, some honey, sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, but nog enough to get rid of the sweetness. Luckily still a bit of fruitiness left too.

Flaske 0,33l på Bierbrasserie Gambrinius i Brugge 3 Mai 11. Aprikosfarget. OK kremaktig skum som fester seg til glasset. God fruktig aroma. Smaken er søt frukt. Ettersmak av syrlige pærer. Litt kjedelig.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer iwth a thick orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, fruity esters, and phenols, leading to a dry phenolic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

330ml bottle with food at Cambrinus, Cloudy golden body, white, bubbly head. Fruity smell with hints of alcohol. Herbal dryness to a fruity taste profile, hints of peaches. Mostly integrated alcohol. Anonymous and average, but quite possible to drink (Brugge, 03.05.2011).

Bottle shared with Nick at the Euston Tap. Hazy gold pour with a good, white head. Yeast and sugar on the nose, some caramel. OK flavor, more sugar and caramel, bread and yeast, mild booze. Medium to full in body with average to lively carbonation. Warm finish, slightly chemical, sugar and bit of yeast. Alright.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a lots of floaties and a blond medium-sized foamy head. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet malty and fruity with a mildly flowery and spicy note. Slightly sweet flavour, only medium to light bodied with a soft, even a bit flat carbonation. Pale malt-character with citrus-fruity notes; mildly sweet and fruity finish with spicy notes. Rather undemanding. 14.III.11
