Neun Sude und über ein Jahr Entwicklung haben wir uns Zeit genommen, bis unsere Braumeister mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden waren: ein goldgelbes Kellerbier, gebraut im historischen Dreimaischverfahren und mit fruchtigem Hopfenaroma und einer feinen Malznote. Das ursprüngliche Brauverfahren und der bewusste Verzicht auf moderne Filtration sind es, die unser Zwickl so vollmundig und dabei herrlich süffig machen. Das angenehm fruchtige, wenig herbe Hopfenaroma verdankt unser Zwickl dem Einsatz von feinstem Hersbrucker Hopfen.

Аромат странный и сухой, есть солод и сладость, пенка небольшая, цвет темно золотой. Вкус еще более удручающий, как будто есть некая посторонка. Но солод, сам ячмень вообще не понарвился. Хотя при этом есть немного специй или травянистости какой нибудь. Но а так слабо и странно, возможно не повезло с бутылкой.

Draft at Pauline im Europegarten, Frankfurt. Just cloudy orange with a persistent white head. Bready aroma with light spices. Soft texture. Sweet and slightly biscuity as well as bready with some lemon as well as spices. Building bitterness. Refreshing. Sometimes a little less polished is good.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Golden body with a faint haze and a thin white head. Fine carbonation. Patches lacing. Aroma of grass, white bread and earth. Flavour of cereal and doughy malt with a tangy, grassy finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Tangy and moreish.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of dry, pale cereal grains, biscuits, a hint of dough, straw. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Airy finish, light and dry, more pale biscuits, subtle bitter straw. Easygoing and drinkable:

Spandert av Håvard. Drukket i Tyrihansveien. Mørk gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Spotlacing. Laett hvetearoma. Smaken gress & litt urter. Tørr, søtlig bitter avslutning.

400ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Tastes grainy without being overly sweet. Quite tasty for a zwickel
