Tap @ M Café, Leuven. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Very fruity aroma with some sour notes (yoghurt, tropical fruit). Light bitter finish. Not bad.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellowish color, full sized a bit creamy off - white head. Smell lightly malts, lightly fruits, lightly yeasty. Taste lightly malts, decently fruity, again a bit yeasty but overall quite balanced imo. Medium body and carbonation. Quite a nice tripel, well done.

Bottle @ benzai. Very hazy yellow with a small to medium white head. Smells like typical Belgian yeast, herbs, sourish. Tastes sweet, Belgian yeast, a shitload of herbs. Unbalanced, agressive. Medium body, heavy carbo.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, earthy, fruity, candy, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, moulden fruit, sweet fruity yeast, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Note: the brewer confirmed my suspicion that the beer was much too young actually. The rating will be adjusted in a couple of weeks (months!) when the bottle will have fermented as it should have. Promised! ;-)
Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very offensive moldy yeast character, yoghurt, cheesy, green banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of dairy, whipping cream, white grape skin, herbal, nuts. Aftertaste: little bitter, yeasty, green banana, prunes, not very pleasant. Rerating in 3 months!

Clear orange beer, lots of chunks, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: marzipan, bit spicy, honey, orange peel, bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: marzipan, cookies, almonds, oxidized, honey, pretty sweet. Aftertaste: hint of citrus, spicy, honey, orange peel. Guess I waited a little too long. Oops!

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head and lacings. Yeast, cooked vegetables and fruit. Medium bodied. Warmth from alcohol.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, spices and a little liquorice. Flavour is malt, sweet, caramel, fruit, yeast, spices, little toffee and a little liquorice.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of pineapple, caramel, cane sugar and grass with a certain yeasty and dusty note. Sweet fruity flavour with spice and yeast and a bit heavy alcohol character

Good, off-white head over clear-copper(green) beer. Garden herbs, parsley, green leaves. Sweet, toasted malts, ambrée, crystal... Garden herbs’ finish. Mineral water quality; slick, light to medium bodied, alcoholwarming. OK, just a bit sweet for a tripel.
