Das Helle von Tilmans Biere ist das erste Bier eines jungen Münchner Braumeisters, der sich der Vielfalt und Kultur von Bier verschrieben hat!
Es ist ein bernsteinfarbenes Lagerbier das mit ausgesuchten regionalen Rohstoffen gebraut, und mit hochwertigen amerikanischen Aromahopfen verfeinert wurde.
Das Bier schmeckt würzig süffig wie ein klassisches Münchner Hell, und hat dabei das intensiv hopfig und ausgeprägt fruchtige Aroma eines amerikanischen Pale Ales.
Sozusagen die moderne Interpretation eines traditionellen Bieres.

Classic straw gold, good head. Fresh spicy nose that is a bit different from other Helles. Flavor has a great but very subtle cara-note and spicy piney hop character. Helles updated for the 21st century!

500ml bottle listening to Amon Tobin. Thanks Sin h4 for this. Pours clear gold, white head. Gentle malt nose. Taste is fairly subdued, lightly sweet malt, a touch light and dry, straw and soft grain but otherwise fairly sessionable pils, nothing untoward.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Straw, grass, lime and pine in the aroma. Crisp and refreshing taste with pine, grass, citrus and a pleasant bitterness.

23/9/2019. Bottle at the Mercure Hotel, Munich. Poured clear golden with an average size white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, caramel, hops, grass, vanilla and creme caramel. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Very nice example. The bar here had nothing of interest but next to the reception desk was a single fridge with mainly soft drinks but also 5 different Tilman beers - this is the third I’ve tried and the standard is very good, well above average for style. Great find!

Bottle. Deep golden color. Peach, grassy notes and citrus in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweetish. Low on carbon. Too fruity to be a typical helles. Axaggerated, but drinkable.

Tap at Crowbar. Nose is orange, honey, wheat, pine. Palate is easy going sweetish citrucy, some grain. Pretty good.

Bottle from Das Edelweiss, Munich Friday 7th September 2018 Pours gold with a good clarity, nice clean tasting beer. I like the bitterness. Lovely carbonation, a little mineral edge. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light malt, medium/light body, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is light malt. A style I may not be able to fully appreciate.
