Das Helle von Tilmans Biere ist das erste Bier eines jungen Münchner Braumeisters, der sich der Vielfalt und Kultur von Bier verschrieben hat!
Es ist ein bernsteinfarbenes Lagerbier das mit ausgesuchten regionalen Rohstoffen gebraut, und mit hochwertigen amerikanischen Aromahopfen verfeinert wurde.
Das Bier schmeckt würzig süffig wie ein klassisches Münchner Hell, und hat dabei das intensiv hopfig und ausgeprägt fruchtige Aroma eines amerikanischen Pale Ales.
Sozusagen die moderne Interpretation eines traditionellen Bieres.

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear copper pour, one finger frothy white head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Nose is fresh and clean, grassy and grainy notes. Mild spice, hints of fruit. Medium body, average carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, nice on the palate. Balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of malt, grains, grass. Mild spice, hints of honey. Ripe fruits, floral notes. Hops in the background. Medium lasting finish. Nice.

Appearance: Medium golden, crystal clear. Small, fizzy white head. Aroma: Malt, bread. Slight honey. Some hops and light fruits. Taste: Malt, light spices. Bread, slight hops. Grass. Gentle, good balance. Bought: qoqa.ch, 500 ml, CHF 5.33 Info: 26/11-2021, BB: 12/4-2022

Bottle. Deep gold with a good inch of white head that lasts pretty well. Light biscuity aroma with hints of butterscotch, some flowers and spices. Briefly rich with a lick of butterscotch (not a bad thing) before modest but spicy bitterness at the end. The bitterness creeps up after a while. Characterful.
