Pushing the boundaries of the German style everyone loves. Our Imperial Gose is 50% Superior Pale Malt & 50% flaked and malted Wheat. We brewed this beer with Himalayan salt & coriander and is kettle hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and heavily dry hopped with Apollo & Equinox.

On tap at Brewskey, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus hops, plenty of lacto and a little salt. Flavour is quite puckering, with plenty of tart citrus, a touch of salt, and with good hopping. Nicely balanced, with plenty of pucker on the finish. Good stuff.
