Almost clear golden color and no head. Acidic, sour apples, fruity, dry finish. Cool!

[5/10/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Blue session. Hazy yellow. Apples, wine, funk, wood, dry, sourish. Nice.

From tap. Pours cloudy to clear golden orange. White head. Aroma is zesty and dense apples. Sour and crisp apples. Dry, zesty and apples. Sour far finish.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 5.9%. Slightly hazy golden with tiny head. Aroma is apples, fruit peel, little sulphur and grapes. Flavour is apples, wine, fruit peel, citric, sulphur, dry, medium sweet, funky and barrel.
