This portion of the batch was transferred into Two James bourbon barrels to age for an additional 9 months, before bottle conditioning with champagne yeast, BOTTLES ONLY

Bottle, courtesy of Jeremy. Pours deep red wine colour. Cherry, funk, vanilla, bourbon, deep proper cherry, orange peel, touch of sweet red wine vinegar, cherry liqueur, big oak, boysenberry, blackcurrant, a funky pineapple coconut thing, oaky red wine finish. Medium body with a nice spritz. Pretty outstanding.
