Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Surprised I haven't rated this considering number of bottles I've drunk. Appearance - golden amber with a thin but still attractive head. Nose - salt, sour and floral. Taste - lemon, gorse and salt. Light funky finish. Palate - light bodied, tangy, salty and dry middle and finish. Overall - good example of the style.

Bottle from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Pours hazy golden with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of funky kettle sour, lacto. Light orange peel. Taste is tangy, light sour, light salt on the finish. Coriander seed comes through nicely. Tangy lemon linger.

Keg at The Campervan Brewery in the company of Craig, Stella, Nick and Anna, Saturday 10th February 2018 Pours dirty hazy gold, quite a bristling tart and tangy beer, dry finish a little zappy. It's good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7
