New Year, new pale ale. A combination of dank, citrus heavy Chinook and fruity, tropical Mosaic and Citra in the kettle. The dry hop is all about Mosaic, with a little Wakatu thrown in for good measure. The nose is resinous with ripe papaya and mango. More juiciness follows on the palate, balanced by the Chinook's grapefruit sucker punch.

Keg at shilling. Pours deep orange, nose is orange peel, grapefruit, lemon, taste is juicy citrus, dry, bitter.
