If you know the Vivat Vieille Réserve two years, you will love this one, a Vivat Vieillie four years in a terracotta jug in the cellars of the Abbaye du Cateau! This type of aging protects it from light and temperature changes in order to allow long aging to develop and enrich its aromas. The result is a soft, coppery robe adorned with thick foam that exudes woody and spicy nuances. With its prolonged fermentation, the yeasts were able to develop even more for a very intense aromatic nose.
