Hops and barley grown in Chelsworth are complemented by the addition of sharp Crab Apples found in Mill Wood, Edwardstone. Crab Apples were also added to the conditioning tank to add wild yeast. Slightly sour and cider like!

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh. Pours hazy golden, nose is fruity, toffee, taste is zesty apple, tart, spiced, toffee.

keg at the hanging bat.... Thin white lacing.. Soft dry apple fruit nose.. long salty fruits.. Light zezty.. cider finish... interesting
