Side of the can says to put in a tulip or goblet, maybe they don’t know that APA’s are supposed to be in pint glasses which is what this was poured into.
Here we go.
The appearance was a hazy pale burnt orange with a quickly dissipating one finger white foamy head that leaves some strings of lacing sliding nicely.
The smell had a fresh apricot and sweet fresh cut grass rounding into a subtle sweet smooth lemon.
The taste is pretty much the same rolling into a refined citrus sweet hops. Bitterness is barely there. A nice full sweet coating of citrus runs into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with quite a refreshing subtle quality running over my tongue.
Overall, this was a really nice sweet APA with a low bitterness to it. Would be great on a hot Summer’s day.
