On tap at Schilling - PDX, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Nose brings out gentle rustic farmhouse notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with rustic notes and farmhouse notes. Bone dry and gently funky. Good stuff.

6abv Poly pin at jolly judge 2017... Thin white lacing... Dry apple nose... Soft sharp fizz... Soft dry sharp apple.. Light tanins

Keg at the jolly judge. Pours hazy orange, nose is apple, floral, light oak, taste is sweet, tart apple.
